1. Eligibility

By entering the 2026 GRAMMY Awards Raffle (the “Raffle”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of BKSteppers, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all respects.The Raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of BKSteppers, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are eligible to enter or win. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

A raffle ticket purchase is required to enter the raffle. Participants must purchase a raffle ticket through the official website: 👉 https://grammys.bksteppers.org/raffle-tickets All entries must be received by November 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

The Grand Prize Winner will receive:

🎤 Two (2) Reserved Silver Level Tickets to the 2026 GRAMMY Awards

🏨 3-Day/2-Night Stay at the Omni Hotel-California Plaza in Los Angeles

🎶 VIP Access to the Official GRAMMYs After-Party

🍳 Breakfast Each Morning

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $20,000. The prize does not include airfare. The winner is responsible for their own transportation to and from Los Angeles. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. If the winner is unable to accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

4. Raffle End Date & Winner Selection

The Raffle will end on November 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by BKSteppers, Inc. on or about November 20, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The selected winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release before the prize is awarded.Failure to respond within the stated time period or failure to comply with these rules may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. General Conditions

BKSteppers, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle at any time if technical failures, fraud, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Raffle. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless BKSteppers, Inc., its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and sponsors from any liability, loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation or the acceptance and use of any prize.BKSteppers, Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, condition, or fitness of the prize.

7. Taxes & Responsibilities

The winner is responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. BKSteppers, Inc. is required to issue a 1099 tax form to the winner if the prize value exceeds $600.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that BKSteppers, Inc. may use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their information for the administration of this Raffle in accordance with BKSteppers, Inc.'s Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

This Raffle shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Raffle shall be resolved in the courts of New York, NY.
